Is there an easy way (eg. Program to do it for me) to remove stuff from the "New" menu that allows you to create a new file? I have too much stuff in it, so it takes a while to pop out of the main context menu. Thanks

RogueAce,
If you have installed TweakUI in the control panel, click into the  [New] Tab, unchecked the boxes there.

Then those programs file types will not be shown in the context menu on your right click of the explorer or desktop.

If you need to call them back, just go back and checked the boxes again.

For intallation of TweakUI, go to the original win98cdrom\Tools\reskit\powertoy\tweakui.inf , right click the file to select "install" to install the TweakUi.

let me know if it worked.        pslh
