How do you create a draft so you can go in and update it everyday and send it out, but leave the template or the maincopy saved as a draft for future use?  I used to use CCMAIL and could do this very easily where I would update draft and send it out but it is kept for future use.  The response I received last week did not work for MS Outlook-98.  Send comments to GOLIONS1@EXCITE.COM.  If I get a response and it works I personally guarantee it that I will give you the highest grade.  THANKS--COME ON GUYS (AND GIRLS) THIS QUESTION ISN'T THAT HARD.  THANKS AGAIN !!!

Just to clarify, do you want to update this file where it contains previous days information on a running basis?

Or do you want a template where each day you enter information and send it, without recording that days information?

Maintain your draft in MSWord, outside of Outlook. Every day, after updating,  you can send the Word file via Outlook e-mail.
