mpeg-2 decoding

Over a UDP connection I get packets containing mpeg2 data. I receive the packets on a socket. Now I have to decode the data and display the video and audio. What would be the best way to do this?
Is there some sourcecode available for this purpose?

The data we have to decode comes over udp.
I receive it on a socket and store it in a buffer. But I want to view the mpeg2 video. If we do this in both directions we should have something like a video conference.
For this I have to decode the mpeg2 data. But I dont know which is the best way to do this.

Mp2_en_d.zip is only video, but I need a decoder for a program stream, which consists of both, audio and video.
