There are three methods for initiating the removal of the Systems Management
Server client software from a client. The three methods are:

 - Run the SMSMAN wizard, and select the Remove Systems Management Components
   check box.

 - Modify the client's registry to add a removal value.

 - Change the site's boundary to exclude the Internet Protocol (IP) subnet or
Internetwork Packet Exchange (IPX) network number used by a client or
   clients.

My concern about who should be removed first as bellow:

The smsls.exe as attached onto login scrip, If I uninstall client first, all the file will be copied to client workstation again after user login.
Am I correct about this point ? If It is correct, then I should uninstall SMS server first.

But If I uninstall SMS server first, will that cause problem to uninstall SMS client later ?

You could simply just take this out of the Login Script so that the clients don't install anymore. I didn't realize that was how the installs were setup, you should stop the install from the Login Scripts before you go uninstalling the clients or the server!
