holgrave, if LALAEVIL commented on your question, you can accept the comment as an answer. Look at the "Title bar" of the comment, in there you'll find a hotlink to "accept comment as an answer".

LALAEVIL didn't post a comment, but an anwser.

It was an answer I rejected.......but seeing as no one else has come up with anything better I want to accept his answer.

I'm new to this so may be I went about it the wrong way......but I didn't seem to have any choice but to reject LALAEVIL's answer to unlock my question to give other people a chance to answer it.

The question was posted on 2/18.

If LALAEVIL doesn't come forward in a couple of days then the points are up for grabs!

In that case you could post a question in Community Support (see link at bottom of page). Post the URL of the question, and ask them to accept the rejected answer after all.

PS - community support questions can be posted for 0 points.
