The problem was on 2 places.<br />
1) in your source 1 tag &lt;/form&gt; is enought so i erased the first.<br />
2) the start tag &lt;FORM&gt; is now a lot higher.<br />

I tried the classic solution: put the form tag between the TR and /TR tags... but it doesn't work in this case. Do you have an explanation?
