How to Scroll In Dialog Based(VC++)

In Dialog Based, how to make the dialog vertical and horizontal scroll work,(not using edit box), as the horizontal and vertical scroll are already on the
dialog platform (the vertical and horizontal scroll is chose from the dialog's properties).
What are the codes that i need to know??
