There used to be lots of tools out there on the Internet to download, where you can do benchmark tests of components in your computer.  E.g HD test speeds, processor speed test, memory etc.

I'm looking for a wesite that has these software, and also the ability to check motherboard for errors/faults etc.

I know there was one called  Sana or soft something.  Any suggestions?
