Hi Richard,

I can't find the site I downloaded the example from, but here's an email address to the author:

' Locate Desktop Icons Source Code VB6
' Created 11 April 1999
' By Paul Pavlic
' abuse and advice to    pepp@cyberdude.com
' Feel free to use anyway you can
' FreeWare
' Works on Win95

Ask him to send you a copy of his "PauliesPet" project. It will show you how to determine/reposition the current desktop icons.

Hope this helps
