Want to know the dll to use?

I am going to administor my Lotus notes database through my process, Like adding a user, adding user to specific group....

I am using C Api NSFDbOpen,NSFDbClose,
i want to know the dll from where this API coming and where i can download.

Download the notes C Api from http://www.lotus.com/developers/devbase.nsf/homedata/homecapi

Thank you for your response, I already downloaded from the same site, But i want to know from which dll this C Api's coming from ,Because my sample application is giving Link error.
