LCIII system battery

What is the trick to removing the crrent system  battery from the mother board so I can replace it with a new one.  I didn't want to force the thing holding it making it no longer functional.  I have no manuals and I couldn't locate help on apples site or a manual either.

There is a clip on either side of the battery cover. Put a tiny screwdriver in the inside of one side and push the bottom out. Repeat on the other side.
