email to HP tech. support

Does HP actually have any support that you don't have to pay for?  I can't find anything on their webb site that will allow me to ask a question.

They do not have a way of e-mailing there technical support people you woudl have to call and pay to talk to them however they do have a forum

Hp does indeed have e-mail support for a few of their scanners but not all of them. I will look up the e-mail address and post it here for you tomorrow.
