sms discovery

i have installed sms2.0  and have configured it as a primary site.there is a windows nt member server machine and a windows 95 machine with tcpip installed , static ip address in the same subnet as server..i had enabled the network discovery option at the sms server but i was unable to discover any of these machines. it works with the logon discovery method only for windows nt member server but for 95 it again does not..please give me extra tips as to make this work. thanx!

when is the network discovery scheduled for? if done out of hours - are the 95 machine turned on?
