Can you pls help me in this online store

Can you experts, pls help me
I have been trying to build an online store since one month ago for my school project. I really try my best to develop it myself but it is really a mountain to be climb. As I have no knowledge of frontpage, ASP I really find it impossible to do it, without you experts helping me to built the shopping cart. In this one month I have learn how to configure IIS also use frontpage to create ASP to write it to a database or retreive data from it.
I am willing to learn, but need you to built the shopping cart for me so that I can learn from you how I can  handle all this

You must use Frontpage 2000, using MS Access as the database, using ASP and javascript, SQL as the language and able to host it on the IIS 4.0 on the NT Server. The most important is its functionalities. It should be like a shopping cart.

This is a personal computer (PC) retailer that can allow a customer to build their own computers and also sell computer parts like ram, motherboard, harddisk individually.  You are to set up an internet-based online sale and information system. The system should have following modules

- a company profile/history module (*I can add it myself)

- a module that display all components along with their textual and pictorial description. A textual description consists of model number, name of the part, manufacturer, manufactured data, warranty, unit price, brief description of the functionality of the part, etc. A pictorial description consists of one or more picture of the component. (pls include a few samples)

- An online order module that allows customers to place order. The order placed must be captured into the company sales-order database. Customers are required to deposit a minimum of 15% of the total purchase. Our system would then  
provide an online notification such as an invoice, to the customer. Our operators will suppose to call the customer to ask for their Credit card number.
 
- A cusotomer purchase history module - allows customers to view their purchase history

-A customer feedback module

-An intelligent module - detects any conflict that might occur in the customer order list for a custom-made PC. The customer will be informed (warning) if such conflict is detected in the order.
