Save Target As not working

My Save Target As and Print Target as option in IE5.O dosnt ever work for linking or Downloading..Ive updated the brower,changed the settings..checked my AOL settings without any luck.Ive even compared them to friends who's options are working with no luck..any Ideas..I'm running Win 98
