Palm Vx Synch with OUTLOOK 2000

I'm trying to synchronize the Plam vx with OUTLLOOK 2000 on the following platform:
IBM ThinkPad570
win98

I get the following error log:
OK Mobile Application Link
OK Expense
OK Outlook Calendar
OK Outlook Contacts
OK Outlook Tasks
-- Outlook Notes
Unable to attach to Outlook's default folder.  Please see the online help topic "Troubleshooting"
Error connecting to Outlook.
     Error Code = 1013
Outlook Notes synchronization failed
Conduit Error: Unknown error.  (1013)

and the questions is how do I do
the sync without this error?

p.s
I used the PocketMirror update v2.0.4 from Chapura™ for the outlook 2000,
it doesn't help!

Try the following...

Off the Start button, select Run. In the dialog that opens, enter:

outlook /resetfolders

and click the Ok button.

See if that fixes the issue. You might want to stop/start the hotsync program in the system tray after running the above.
