I have good knowledge of C and C++. I have started learning TCP\IP programming .PLease suggest me some sites which will be helpful. Please suggest me some books on this topic

The "bible" of TCP/IP programming basics is "Advanced programming in the UNIX Environment" by W. Richard Stevens.

Right author, wrong book.
The "bible" of TCP/IP programming is "Unix Network Programming" by W. Richard Stevens. The TCP/IP Illustrated series
by the same author is also very useful to understanding the "why".
