One more button in form caption?

How to add one more button like minimalize or maxi... to the caption of the form? Or do u know any component which can do it for me?

There is a freeware component called TCaptionButton which allow you to add a button to the caption of a form. Very easy to use.
I think many of the experts in ee know about this but not many of them would bother to look at a 10 point question.
FYI, an easy question is 50 points and moderate on 100 points.
