Is there a way to create a control array in VBA for office 97?  I am writing a VB/VBA program running in Excel 97, in VB there is a property 'index' for a control for a control array...there is no index property in VBA office 97....the app uses the standard control toolbox....thanks...this is probably pretty easy?

There isn't a way to make a true control array in the flavor of VBA used in Office97.  You can create a collection of controls, and then loop through them by using the index, but you can't refer to the whole array and change properties, etc all at the same time.  Here's a short piece on the topic:

I am by no means the final authority on the topic, so definitely leave this question open for a few days and see if you get any different responses.
