How to install flash plugin in systems without netscape?? is it possible?
Will it run on systems which has internet explorer alone??

Of course. In fact, IE automatically downloads the plugin for you. After about 3.02 and up, IE is actually packaged with it.

flash plugin is not a standalone program as it will ask you to install the plugin into Netscape, IE, or both. it's impossible to install flash plugin without having any browsers (which are supported by flash)

like what SuperMario said, of course IE alone can handle flash.
