outlook spell  check problem

outlook express 5 spell checker has stopped working on my friends computer. So that when it is used it gives
 'Spell check was halted' alarm
any suggestions?

This happens a lot... too bad you can't "lock" a question while you're working on it :)

well that wasn't necessary, still wait to see if it does solve the problem..."lock a Q while working on it" a  good one :O)
