I have a Diamond Viper II Z200 video card with a Samsung 950p monitor.  Every once in a while, after I reboot, My screen flickers ever so slightly.  If I reboot again, it usually goes away.  I believe it is because the refresh rate gets screwed up somehow.  Anyway, this leads me to my question.  How do I manually set the refresh rate with this card?  I can't seem to find a place to do it with the software that came with the card.  Thanks.

if you are running win98, make sure it knows the exact type of monitor you are using...

right click, go into settings -> advanced -> monitor and click on change. if you dont have the right .inf file for your monitor, or if windows does not have it listed, pick one that best matches the on you have ... look up the specs on your monitor and pick one based on the refresh rates... see if that helps...
