saving poledit setting

When I log on as a user that I want to restrict usage to I cannot save the savings for that user when I log back on.  When I did it as an Administrator it locked me out fine.  Any help?

I have found that you need to log the user on and off twice before the changes will take effect.

We found in the end that it was picking up it's policy from the server so no matter how many times we changed it locally it would not affect it.
