In frontpage, right-click on the form and select "Form Properties"  Then select the "Options" button in the lower left corner of the properties dialog box.  You probably have the mail set up to have the subject = to the form name.  If this is the case, change the form name to produce the results you need or uncheck this value and type in the text that you want displayed.

Good luck

In frontpage, right-click on the form and select "Form Properties"  Then select the "Advanced" button. You will find there "Hidden Field(s)" and their value(s). In your for, ýt shoul be at a field named "ProductOrService". Double click on it and change it's value.
