Files are in RealMedia format
to play with Real Player.

I think you should insert videos using shockwave from macromedia.

You can also try the following tag:

<embed src="clock.avi">

The visitor of the page needs a plugin to display the movie...

I tried it and it works fine with IE5 and Microsoft Media Player.

There are some additional attributes for the embed tag:

<embed src="video.avi" width=240 height=160>

<embed src="musik.wav" autostart=true>

To do it in dreamweaver :
Go to the menu
Insert > Media > Plugin
Browse to the video you want to insert and select it.

That's it!
