Well there are a few problems with this. You can export part of the registry containing all the dialup information with numbers and everything, but the modem name is also included. So you will still have to have them manually adjust the modem ( in the properties of the dial-up-number ) to the local modem used. Is this sufficient ?

The file is very small, probably under 10,000 bytes, so it is not problem to fit on a floppy. All they will need to do is double click, and it will show up in their dial-up networking ( if it is already installed ). I hope this helps.
