Here is shareware program that will write a report in a text file or Excel file.  With the excel file you can take out what you need.  This program gives you a lot of info about the inside of your computers.  To get all the hardware info you will have to go to each machine and look at the setup.  If you can get a blueprint of your office and then make a copy to write on.  Its a big job the first time you do it, just keep up with the changes
