To create database in Delphi

How to create a database using ADO objects ?  I have heard that there is ADOX i.e ADO Ext. 2.1 library through which this can be achieved.so please give the details.I want to create the Database and the table in the database dynamically, i.e. at run time and it can be any  database(including Interbase).

Creating a database is a simple matter of having the right DBMS and the SQL scripts that create the tables, along with the relationship between them and other elements (indexes, etc).

What exactly do you want to accomplish?
