Updating DLL's without stopping the IISAdmin Service

Hi
How can i update the DLL's for my ASP application without stopping the IISAdmin Service?

I have tried making a shut down in the MTS Server, but it didn't release the component to let me overwrite it.

Do you have a workaround, or is it simply impossible?

no way. this is documented. stop/start iisadmin
