go to start/settings/control panel/ and double-click on the multimedia icon.  under the audio tab there should be a box to check at the bottom of the pop-up.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Thanks a million. I still have not been able to fix the problem with the grayed out sites that I visit.
