microsoft has a new active x control that exposes all of the TAPI api's as regular active x control commands ...<br />
this can be done fairly simply... it actually comes installed with windows 2000 and i believe they have a service pack for this for NT

Be carefull, because the TAPI ActiveX is for TAPI 3.0 and not for TAPI 2.1<br />
And i've seen a comment from Microsoft that they will not support TAPI 3 on NT 4/5 or event Windows 98.<br />
