Rotate a picture with any angle!

i want to rotate a picture of 64x64 like in Paint but i don't want only rotate from 90,180,270 degres i want a precise rotation like 10degres! I just want keep a good picture image but the size of the picture can change.

It's seem to be good, but i was expecting maybe some API call not resizing it pixel by pixel i want it for a fast moving picture so this is quite too slow... If you have another solution post it, if nobody can give me a better answer I will give you the points!

Another good example how to rotate picture, but only in WMF format - very fast!

powlin: There's no API call which will let you rotate a bitmap through an arbitrary angle, at least not which will work on any version of Windows. (It might be possible under Windows NT/2000, but I'm not certain).
