Acess from thread to global variable

I want in my thread to acess a global
array, can I do it or should I transfer
it as a parameter to a thread and if
I should how do I do it, the array looks
like this:
CList <int, int&> Results;

NO need to transfer it.Global variable can be used in each thread directly.
