How can I add some Items of ShellContextMenu to my own mainmenu?

I need a submenu of my mainmenu,
It include some Shell-Actions like 'Send to...' , 'Rename', 'ShoutCut to'...about .txt file .

How can  get them and add them to my mainmenu?

you'll need to use something like this unit if you dont want to write all the functions yourself:

Yes, It has a function can display contextmenu...But , how can I add those items to my mainmenu? how can I remove (add) items from(to) it?

whoops my should only be comment not answer.
to be honest i dont know if this is possible to add context items to your own menu.i never seen this done before.
