Hello,
I need to trap an EInOutError Exception in my program and create a message box to alert the user what he/she should do
next when the error appears.
How is this done.

Hi

try this:

begin
try
  //code that raise teh exception
except
  On E: EInOutError do
     begin
     showmessage('error: do something!');
     end;
end;
