Kind Advice about Flash Charges

I require one kind advice that who much should I charge for one Flash Site? What's the criteria for charging for a Flash site.

Should i charge according to the minutes it taking or should i charge for per scence.

Can anyone give me a piece of adivce that what the reliable charges are for a Normal Flash website?

I don't think there is a standard way of charging...  What I try to do is work out how many hours it's going to take me and then multiply that by what i would expect to get per hour...

So if i thought it would take 12 hours and i'd like to get $20 per hour i'd charge $240.

The difficult part is estimating how long the project will take you.
