I need to write a Plug-In for Internet Explorer. I want that it Plug-In add a menu option into menu bar of internet explorer and handle this new menu option.
I don't know nothing about and I  don't have any documentation about.

have a look at

http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/browser/ext/tutorials/button.asp

the essence of it is that you have to create an object with an IOleCommandTarget interface and then it is a case of registry manipulation

you may also wish to investigate webbands and browser helper objects (BHOs)
