Stop pop up windows??

Here what I need to know...

I am a 16 Year Old learning IT at school in Australia. Now I will be learning VB in the next few weeks. What I want to make is a program which allows people to Input certain TITLES of Internet Explorer and Netscape windows and then for the program to stop that window from poping up...

Now I know it can be done but I want to make my own program to do it. Could someone give me some basic code to work with which my IT teacher can also help me with !!!!

Could I ask a few more questions..

1. How do I get the Menu Bar: File | Edit etc to link to another window or Form .... ( dont know what its all called)

2. With the link you told me to goto which worked great, it uses a Button to close the popup window, can I use some code to auto detect certain windows which are ABOUT to open and my program to stop them from opening. Each windows title must be saved into a TEXT file (or other) which people can change from my program itself...

Aha!... I reread #2...

You need to put the code to look for a window in a timer event...  When the timer kicks off it scans the windows and kills the windows your'e looking for...
