Mail Merge to others contacts?

Is it possible to have permission to view someone elses contacts and once open then perform a mail merge from the contacts through Word????

Then, as I said, your only recourse is to put the contacts somewhere else -- usually in your own mailbox, maybe exported as a .csv file.

Yes, if you have Outlook 2000 and Word 2000. Open the other user's Contacts folder, select the contacts you want to use in the merge (optional), and then choose Tools | Mail Merge.

Otherwise, you can't merge directly, because the contacts from someone else's mailbox cannot be used as an Outlook Address Book. What you can do instead is copy the contacts into a folder in your own mailbox and set that folder as an Outlook Address Book. Then Word should be able to use it as a merge data source.
