Eia,
Highlight the word you want to link, then in the properties inspector there should be a little yellow file folder, left click on that and then find the internal link you want to go to.  I hope that is what you were asking.

I hope this is the answer you are looking for as your question is a little ambiguous.

The way to highlight the button is to place a border around the link button.  To do this do the following.

In the properties box the should be a property called border with  a 0 in the box next to it change the value from 0 to 5 this will then place a border around the button which highlights it from the rest.

I hope this helps.  If the answer is not answering the question then please expand a little more on the question.  Do you mean place a rollover effect ??!!! so the button become highlighted when the user places the mouse over the button

If you mean just regular blue colored links then well, anytime you turn text into a link the default color is a blue color and underlined, so to just get it the blue color highlight the text and turn it into a link.

The only way you can do this is to change the text into an image using fireworks or photoshop etc...  Dreamweaver can't change text on a rollover only images can be changed
