Free Space to Save Scan

I am receiving the following message - what is the problem?:

"Sorry, there is not enough free disk space to save scan."

How can I resolve the problem when trying to scan to Adobe PhotoDeluxe?

double click on my computer then right click on the c: drive and select properties your free space should be at about 150 -200MB free space if it is continue with instructions if it is not you WILL need to clear off files off of your hard drive to make space....

Next go to start shutdown restart in msdos mode.

once in dos at the c:\windows prompt type cd.. and hit enter you will then be at the c:\ prompt type cd temp (this directory may be invalid...if it is then skip down to next set... type del *.tmp and then hit enter.

if the directory was not found then type cd windows and hit enter

if the directory was found type cd.. and hit enter then type cd windows and hit enter

for both of the above once you are in the c:\windows directory then type cd temp and hit enter you will now be in c:\windows\temp type del *.tmp then hit enter

type exit hit enter

once back in windows go to start, programs, accessories, system tools, scandisk then do a standard scan on c : drive then  go to programs, accessories, system tools, and run disk defrag.

once those are done try scanning again.
