Frontpage has a publishing option.
Choose file/publish in frontpage and enter your address. The data you have to enter here you get from your hosting company.

Normally it is in a fashion like ftp://yourdomain.com/www/ when www is your webdirectory. After hitting "publish" you are asked for you user name and password. Thats all. Frontpage will compare the changes since your last update and transmit only the changed files.

(When entering http://yourdomain.... as publishing address you will get an error message stating that you are not publishing on a frontpage account then frontpage corrects your publishing address to ftp:// and you are back in business.

Best wishes.
