I have win 98 second ed. 400mhz, celeron.  Sometime back my system crashed, I had to re-establish a connection with my isp earthlink, and when I reestablished my connection to my original account, all my hotmail accounts were gone.  I can only access my hotmail through the explorer.  This access is not pleasing.  I miss accessing it through the outlook express.  Is there a way that I can re-attach my hotmail accounts to  my Isp account with my provider?  Please help
