What type of machine, and are you using the non-english version of outlook?  I suspect that you are on NT with a non-english version....  Am I correct?

Its actually wab32.dll its looking for. The same thing happened to me, and the easiest way around it is to reinstall Outlook Express (even though you're running 2000).

Have a search for wab32.dll first - if its there rename it before you install Express.

It may actually be looking for any of these three files...WAB32.DLL, WABFIND.DLL, or WABIMP.DLL.  If you have machines that work correctly you can just copy them into your windows\system directory or winnt\system32 directory on NT without have to install outlook express.
