Hi expert,

I'm using DISP 2.0 (Lotus Notes 4.6.1), i developed one Browser based application. I am using Netscape Navigator 4.5 & Internet Explorer 5 as Browser Client to access the application.

How can i enable the Logout option like hotmail or other application.

Please help me,
TIA,
-Nilesh

I've tried to do the same, and i've read in another forum that this is not available.
The only way you can do this is to shutdown the browser--> maybe with javascript this could be done; but i'm not too sure.

Its like GusPS said, in R4, you cant do it, there is a workaround, but its not as neat.  In R5, its supported and its so simple to achieve, by apending a '?logout' to the end of the URL.

Also there was a similar (very interesting) discussion in notes.net and they discussed the above solution provided by Lotus:
