How do remove dithering in text, its ugly??

Like i said...
If you produce your images in RGB mode, then when you have finished resize and reduce colours your images you will look much better.
If you resize AFTER you've reduced the colours (saved as a 256 colour gif for example) then the image will suffer from the jaged edges.
