Thanks pyleo! &nbsp;It works! &nbsp;I copied the .pst and .pab files over, checked off the &quot;read only&quot; property for both, then was able to open it from Outlook. &nbsp;I tried this with 2 different archived files from different dates and both worked.<br />

I saved a large pst file onto a CD several months ago so I could go in and clean out my folders, thereby reducing the hard-drive space usage. &nbsp;When I try to access this pst file I use FILE/OPEN/&quot;PERSONAL FOLDERS FILE (.PST)&quot; then point to the CD drive to select the pst file. &nbsp;However, I get the error message:<br />
