     Suppose that, which what I really want to , I want to gain more experience  on delphi programming. What I want is to programm that can purform some tasks like PCAnywhere. The main point is that I want to create my own program that can  monitor incomming call and auto-answer such call And to perform files transferring through a wire. How can I accomplish such a task? I just have a rasapi32.pas , which is a interface unit to rasapi32.dll that can perform remote dialing with specified user name and password, on the other hand, client side. How can I create program to be server side that can automatically accept incoming call and authenticate such call to that programm. Moreover, If  a connection can be established. How can I transfer file through a wire. I need your suggestion that can guide me through the rest of these tasks or to any website the published fully documented programm like this. I want to know it clearly. Pleaseee give me a hand, and I'll give you 200 points if you answer me impressively.

Win9X have a dialup server in Plus pack u can use it to answer of calls.
If u have a ppp connection you can use ftp server/client www server or some to get/put files. More info about it i can find on fpiete www page :)

For Modem connection and answering have a look at a TAPI component like:
http://www.pf.lv/Delphi

To make a call:
tapicom.phoneNumber := '1 2345 6789'
tapicom.makeCall

To answer a call:
tapicom.waitForCall

The component has writeLargeBlock and readLargeBlock methods which allow you to transfer files, messages, screen captures etc.
For example to send a file:
buffer : array[0..bufferSize] of byte;
ffile : TFileStream;
ffile := TFileStream.create(fmOpenRead,'Filename here');

repeat
   r := ffile.read(buffer,bufferSize);
   tapicom.writeLargeBlock(buffer,r);
until r <> bufferSize;

To receive the file do a similar thing with readLargeBlock.

My suggestion is to practice transfers between 2 computers using WSocket from fpiete and when your ready add code to transfer via TAPI and probably a more professional component suite like Async Pro from Turbo Power.

You have got a lot of work ahead of you. For example screen capturing, compression, speed considerations etc. If you want to have a look at the _source code_ for remote control software have a look at Virtual Network Computing at:

Good Luck!
