Requirements:
1. Must be freeware
2. Must show RtL scrolling stock symbols/prices (similar to FNN)
3. Must either:
   A. allow minimum of six symbols to be entered in PARAMs, or
   B. Show all most active (again, similar to FNN)

Why not?  It's worked before.

I have spent the last three days in search engines trying to find a stock ticker that matched my criteria.  My purpose of posting this was to offer points to someone who either knew where to find what I want, or to continue the search themselves.
