Is it possible to use MS Outlook on our switchboard?  Currently they use a standalone DOS automatic dial-up service.  I know there is a dial feature in outlook--can we use it to replace our DOS based switchboard software?

Outlook uses you DUN accounts when dialing. if you want to add a prefix to the number you are dialing, you will have to add the prefix before the phone number, add the letter 'w' and then, the whole phone number.
Example.
you are dialing 12345567 to get to your ISP and you need to dial 9 for an outside line. The new number will be:
9w12345567
hope this helps!
